Vehicle Description This here is one slick drop-top! On the showroom floor now is this wonderful 1964 Chevrolet Impala Convertible, which is ready to go at the turn of a key.
Powered by a 283 C.
I.
V8 breathing through a 2-barrel carburetor, this '64 Chevrolet makes for one fantastic cruiser.
Torque gets to the rear end through the use of a 2-speed Powerglide automatic transmission, ensuring that, in this Impala, you're in for some smooth sailing on the highway.
The benefit of an older restoration, this Impala's Ember Red exterior paint was redone about 30 years ago and still looks very presentable as a daily driver.
The power white top is in good condition too, but it does need a new electric motor to work properly off the switch but is currently working manually.
The all-original interior is in wonderful shape, with comfortable black vinyl bench seats front and rear.
Adding to the authenticity of this car is the factory AM pushbutton radio, which still works! Options on this '64 Impala include power steering, a heater
defroster, factory gauges, a working factory AM pushbutton radio, a white convertible top, and a nice-sounding dual exhaust system.
As nice as this car looks, it runs and drives even better! With only 74k original miles, this Impala has plenty of life left! Why don't you come and take it for a spin? VIN and Cowl Tag decode as follows:
